  • How to Use

  • The PiP box is easy to assemble and use.  

     

    1. Mini PiP come with indented guides.
    2. Ensure Kraft paper side of the box is the out layer, follow lines and follow folds until box is folded.
    3. Pack product in the box and seal by popping flap into place.
    4. For added security add tape to the lid of the box.
    5. Your item is now ready to be shipped!

    Delivery:

    We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible. 

    Our free standard delivery option is with the courier RoyalMail; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" 

    At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements. 

     In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution.
