  • How To Use

  • These compostable mailing bags are simple to use and very efficient.

     

    1. Make sure you have the correct sized mailing bag from our wide selection of sizes.
    2. Secondly, place the item intended to be shipped out to the buyer inside our strong mailing bag.
    3. Remove the self-adhesive strip.
    4. Seal the adhesive strip onto the mailing bag.
    5. Finally, place the shipping label onto the parcel.
    6. Your parcel is now ready to be shipped out to the buyer!

    Delivery:

    We offer free delivery on all of the items in our eBay store, we aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and weekend orders are dispatched on Monday. If your order contains more than one item, we will attempt to combine your items into one parcel if possible. 

    Our free standard delivery option is with the courier Yodel; if you urgently require your item(s) please select our faster shipping option - "Other 24 hr Courier" 

    At the courier’s discretion, they may leave an item in a safe place or with a neighbour if nobody is present to accept the delivery. In these circumstances the delivery company should put a delivery note card through your letter box to explain where they have left your item. If you have specific details of a suitable safe place or an approved neighbour please contact our customer service team via eBay messages as soon as possible so that we can inform the delivery company of your requirements. 

     In the event of any issues with your order, where possible we will attempt to contact you at the earliest opportunity to inform you and to arrange a suitable solution.
